ELECTION & APPOINTMENT OF DEPARTMENT OFFICERS
Section 1: The Department of North Carolina’s 15th Annual
Department Encampment was held on 7 May 2022. It was the Department’s first in
person Encampment since the start of the Coronavirus Pandemic in 2020. Many
thanks go out to Brother Ed Gibson, PCC, Brother Doug Elwell, PDC, and our
fellow Brothers of Ruger Camp #1 for hosting the Encampment at the Fayetteville
Independent Light Infantry Armory and Museum in Fayetteville. Additional thanks
go out to our Installing Officer, Brother Mark R. Day, Past Commander-in-Chief,
National Counselor for attending our Encampment.
